New Scouts - Tenderfoot Requirements
In order for scouts to earn badges and participate they need to graduate from Tenderfoots. They need to know the following:

The Left Hand Shake – comes from the tribes in Africa. The Chiefs would lay down their shields in a show of trust. They would shake hands with the shield hand or left hand.
